I'm referring the following site because I'm a regular customer and have
been satisfied with their product. I haven't got the color refill down
yet... the cartridge doesn't seem to work properly after refill, but the
black works great.

Go to 4inkjets.com if you're interested in some very good refill
options. I've refilled the HP15 & 45, as well as the older 26 & 29 w/o any
problem. There's no need for drilling and they provide all the necessary
item to finish the job.

I've tried a different refill brand that required drilling (what the
heck????) and it was a mess. I wouldn't go that route.

later!
