Inkjet Cartridge Newsletter 3 - August 13, 2003

It's been a while since I sent out a newsletter, but I did want to send out something before school starts for everyone. Sort of a back-to-school issue.

The main thing I wanted to focus on was explaining the way I have redesigned my site. I was getting so much information between inkjet refill kits and inkjet cartridges and now laser toner products, so I have separate things out a little. Instead of listing all of the companies with reviews on the main page, I have move the majority of the reviews to it's own page but I am now focusing on my "Top 5" which I'll include here. You can read the full reviews on the website at:

Inksell - still our top recommendation overall. Good generic cartridges, refill kits, and name brand products - all at very good prices. Still have free priority shipping with coupon code: fastship

Carrotink - still gets top spot for customer service. Prices are a little higher on most products, but also free shipping and a free cartridge when using the links from my website on orders over $25.

Atlascopy - still get the top spot for the variety of inkjet refill products they offer. Good quality and good customer service. Shipping a little pricey, but can still use coupon code: malis for a 5% discount.

Abacus24-7 - very good prices, products and service. Best prices on some of the products, but have to pay shipping unless orders are over $99.

Printpal - decent quality, but really great prices, especially with the 10% discount using links from my website. I haven't heard any complaints recently, but they did have some customer service issues in the past - I have a contact that takes good care of people who contact me with problems though!

So, there is the top 5. As always, send me feedback on your experiences. I hope everyone is having a good summer.
