While we appreciate your positive comments about our website on
http://www.med-psych.net/inkjet.html our shipping options have changed,
and I would appreciate it greatly, if you updated your website to
reflect our new shipping charges, so customers do not get confused with
the clashing information.

-No Free shipping
-Flat fee shipping is now only $3.95 for unlimited quantity orders.

As far as reviewing your comments about a defective lexmark reman, the
problem with Lexmark is Lexmark itself. Did you know that over 50% of
all Brand New Lexmark cartridges fail in their factory. Did you also
know that a lot of empty Lexmark Cartridges can not be refilled because
they actually became defective and were not actually out of ink like the
customer had thought. ** These two facts are regarding brand new OEM
Lexmarks, not our reman line. I thought I would pass this information on
to you. Every manufacturer for Reman Lexmark's have problems with them.
It is unfortunate but its a common fact with everyone's Lexmark Line.
