From a very unhappy customer of IowaInk:

Hi Richard

The order was for 3 Lexmark cartridges (Z31 & X83 printers) for $62.85
they also charged me $5.95 for shipping. IowaInk says, "Shipping is
simply a flat fee of $5.95".

Their warranty says "We will pay for ALL return shipping if your
cartridge is defective. We will also reimburse you the $5.95 for
shipping you paid to begin with if you request a credit"

They gave a partial refund, they charged me $12.57 restocking fee. Plus
I had to pay shipping back to IowaInk of $5.50.

To date, I am out $24.02 with nothing to show for it and since they
restocked the cartridges they will resell them to some other poor soul.
Apparently that defective quality of printout as seen in the photos is
acceptable to them.

I had sent them (comparing brand new Lexmark cartridges to theirs), the
pictures, test pages and 'clean-print-head' printouts showing the
streaking and lack of color of their color Lexmark cartridges.

They said "But more than likely your black cartridge on both machines
is either empty or going empty" ??? The black cartridge looks good on
the 'clean-print-head' I sent them.

Good luck to anyone else who buys from IowaInk.com !!
