I also found a few message with people saying that auto dealerships did not want to take an e-loan check because e-loan holds it for a while before clearing it. However, from the web site:

If the dealer doesn't accept my E-Fund Agreement, what do I do?

I don't know what they will do for you at that number, but I'm guessing they may wire the money or resolve the problem some other way. I'd appreciate if anyone has any other feedback they can send me.
